"Ninja Old Cider" tasting review using the famous water of the Rikuto area, Misato cho Akita prefecture

I bought and sold drinks which saw never seen "Ninja cider" in the neighborhood supermarket because it was sold. When I bought it did not often look at the label, this was made in Misato-cho, Akita prefecture, and it was a historical thing called Meiji 35 years when manufacturing was started when I looked it up.

Details are as below.
It was chosen as one hundred waterworks selected by the Ministry of the EnvironmentRokugo spring water groupWe are using water.

Raw materials are pretty simple.

Because it is a bottle, it is not a cap but a stopper.

I poured it into a glass.

Fauxing of carbonic acid is considerably less.

As I felt from the appearance, it was a refreshing taste with a sense of transparency. There is no sticky feeling that remains on the tongue after drinking, it is very easy to drink. Moreover, the sweetness is not strong, and it is finished that the feeling of "refreshing drink" is not so much done.

According to the website of Rikuto Town Planning Co., which is making this cider, this cider was first made in 1868. It seems to be based on "Niteco Citron" made by Cider Factory, which was first operated in the southern part of Akita Prefecture. After operating for about 100 years at the factory at that time, since 2003 it is being manufactured at "handmade kobo spring caliber".
