Doutor Coffee's ``White Mont Blanc'' Tasting Review with Excellent Compatibility with Marron Cream and Sweet Potato Flavor
`` White Mont Blanc '' has been added to Doutor Coffee's sweets menu from December 15, 2022 (Thursday). I was interested in the limited amount of new Mont Blanc finished with sweet potato 'Hokuhoku fabric', marron whipped cream, and white chocolate-flavored Mont Blanc cream, so I bought it at Doutor Coffee and checked it out.

The actual diameter is about 7cm.
When you cut it in half, you can see that the pie dough has sweet potato 'Hokuhoku dough' and marron whipped cream on it, and Mont Blanc cream is put on it. In addition, the pie dough was fixed to the container with a meringue-like cream, and it was devised so that it would not turn over even if it was taken out.
When you eat it, the rich sweetness of Mont Blanc cream spreads in your mouth along with the gentle taste of sweet potatoes and chestnuts. I also felt that the contrast between the crispy fragrant pie crust and the moist cream was a key point.
