We released the latest version of the system unit "NVIDIA Drive PX 2". PX 2 is equipped with a water cooling unit, it is said that the lunch box size.



As you know that development competition for automatic driving is occurring all over the world. NVIDIA is a parallel computing capability making full use of its GPU, and we are developing automatic driving technology.


Drive PX 2 has two Pascal-based next generation Tegra on the main board. It boasts the computing power of 150 MacBook Pros with just one board.

The next generation Tegra adopts Pascal generation GPU.


Adopt water cooling unit for higher cooling. Even with the water cooling unit attached, it fits within the size that can easily be mounted on the car.


Drive PX 2 adopts 16 nm FinFET. It boasts the speed which surpasses TITAN X that CPU handles 2,800 images per second with 12 cores, adopting Pascal generation GPU.


The development unit "NVIDIA Drive PX 2" will be offered to development partners in the second quarter of 2016 (April to June) and general sales will be scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2016 (October to December).
